Only two photos from One Marina Gardens' first launch day

English translation of the original post

One Marina Gardens was packed today. There were so many visitors that long queues formed outside the showflat, and it was too noisy to hear each other speak. If prices are not increased along the way, how much do you think will sell at launch?

滨海湾一号开盘第一天我只拍到了这两张照片

One Marina Gardens 今天人气爆棚，看房的人太多，样板间门口都排起了长队，现场嘈杂到连说话都听不清。 如果不中途加价，大家觉得开盘能卖多少？

What this collection covers

This collection includes a preview calendar, first-day photographs and observations on a roughly 153 sq m four-bedroom plan. The layout note highlighted a corner window in the main bedroom, secondary-bedroom space and living and dining proportions.

Preview queues record an atmosphere, not the merits of a particular unit. On a larger plan, consider family gatherings, children’s activities, work space and privacy between bedrooms together.

Confirm dimensions, final specifications and outlook against the selected unit’s documents. The 2025 preview dates remain in the source timeline.
