This original note documents a four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit at Forett at Bukit Timah. It highlights an approximately 4.59-metre ceiling in the top-floor living and dining area, and the development’s freehold tenure. The observations and photographs describe the home at the time of the visit.

From a sense of space to everyday use

A high ceiling makes an immediate impression. At a viewing, it is also worth planning where the dining table, sofa and storage would go, and how the shared spaces connect with each bedroom.

If you prefer a larger family layout, ask both whether there is enough shared space and whether everyone has a space of their own. Bedroom count alone cannot answer those questions.
