What this collection covers
These are two different records: HDB rooms around Dover and Buona Vista, and a request to owners for a three-bedroom rental near NUS and Clementi. The latter is a tenant requirement, not available stock.
Distinguish whole-flat from room rentals and verify the landlord, relevant approvals, occupancy, term and tenant eligibility. The rental-term guide provides a starting point for those checks.
